I am writing to express my deepest condolences to all my friends in UK.　I sincerely admire her determination to dedicate her life to her throne and people.

Living miles away, we are still interested in your country and watch BBC news every morning.　We were so happy to see you celebrate her majesty’s platinum Jubilee last June. And just few days ago we saw this longest serving Queen appointing Ms. Truss with her graceful smile at Balmoral.

This loss must be a shock to you all.　May merciful God give you peace and comfort to you all.

My dear Yumiko,

God bless you to think of us in England at this sad time.

We were indeed shock how quickly the Queen deteriorated, as you mention she managed to formally invite our new Prime Minster on Tuesday. I first thought she was getting very frail last December when when she address the nation with her Christmas message. Her grief with the passing of her beloved  husband certainly contributed to her fragility and for someone who has worked tirelessly for seven decades she was truly remarkable. It is a comforting thought that she managed to celebrate and enjoy her platinum jubilee. 

We pray with her shining example, that this sad occasion will help bring our nation together after a very turbulent time particularly in politics. Some areas of the country especially south London and the cities of the north of England really need to follow her example, consider their neighbors and stop the feuds which all to often end with fatal consequences.

I forwarded your kind email to Rachel and she said “what a lovely message”, and wished you well.

I do hope you and the family are keeping well.

A role-model of reconciliation and forgiveness, he stretched out his hands in love, acceptance and healing.
