Ringing in the New Year!

It’s hard to believe, but another year has come and gone. I swear that time seems to be speeding up as I get older! At any rate, I’m looking forward to starting a new year with new goals and resolutions.

This past year has been a great one for our school and our family. My grandson was born in June and my oldest daughter will be married on Christmas Eve. As a school, we continue to grow and improve not just in size but also in methodology. We are constantly striving to improve the content of our class offerings and have even begun teaching at the pre-school level (which certainly presents some new challenges!). Nothing makes us happier than to see the progress of our students’ language proficiency; from little ones saying their first English words to older students achieving their academic and communication goals. We will remember 2012 as a year of success and set our sights on the future.

On behalf of myself and our school, I’d like to thank each and every one of you for your efforts, determination and positivity. Schools are made up of students that provide the raw energy for learning. It’s the job of the teachers to direct and focus that energy for effective learning. The spirit that each of you brings to the class is what gives us the motivation to teach you to the best of our abilities. Thank you for all that you have done this year and thank you for the efforts that I know you will make in the coming year.

Emi and I are truly blessed to have careers that inspire, motivate and energize us. We owe it all to our great students and their family members.

Have a wonderful Christmas and a blessed New Year!

V/R,
Jeff
