<Powerful teens>                           September. 2013

Hello. My name is Shiori Takada. I’m 15 years old.

Today I’m going to talk about some teenage girls who gave me their strong messages.

One day I saw on the news that one Vietnamese girl sang at the Unicef conference in Vietnam on May 30th.

Her name is Nguyen Phuong Anh.

She is a sixteen-year-old high school girl.

She sang a song called “Let’s dance”.

Her beautiful voice moved audience.

I also love this song.

Why is she sitting on a wheel chair?

Her bones are very weak and they had been broken more than 30 times.

She felt ashamed that she couldn’t do the things other people did.

Her parents have accompanied Anh everywhere.

One day she quit counting how many times she has broken a bone.

She started to listen to music and to sing many songs.

She said those songs cheered her up and made her happy.(以下次画面に)
