Happy New Year
I’m
sure you have enjoyed this long winter holidays.
At
the end of the year I cooked some osechi dishes such as namasu, tazukuri,
kinton, kobumaki , yatsugashira, kuwai and some more. What Osechi do you like?
On
January 2nd at my mom’s house in Kawagoe we exchanged New Year’s
greetings and ate osechi dishes and sushi together. After that my husband held tea ceremony.
Everybody studied and enjoyed the tea.
We had nice fine days and we could see
beautiful Mt. Fuji.
